Your high score is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to our servers.

Google AdMob

We display ads through Google AdMob to support free access to the game. AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, IDFV)
• Approximate location (country/region level)
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
• Diagnostic and performance data

If you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, personalized ads may be shown. If you deny or are in a region requiring consent (EU/UK/EEA), non-personalized ads are shown instead.

Apple Game Center

We use Apple Game Center for global leaderboards. Game Center requires an Apple ID and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Your Game Center alias and score may appear on the public leaderboard.

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before allowing AdMob to use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for ad personalization. You may allow or deny this request at any time. You can change your choice in:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Captain Memo

5. Consent (EU / UK / EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, we display a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before showing any ads. You may update your consent choices at any time via the Privacy button in the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Captain Memo is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7. Data Retention

We do not maintain servers or databases that store user data. Any data collected by third-party SDKs (Google AdMob, Apple Game Center) is retained per their respective policies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the data held about you by our third-party partners
• Request deletion of your data from third-party services
• Opt out of personalized advertising
